"Arabian Nights" (2000) PG *** -- It is really a 2-episode TV movie. The two episodes do a very credible presentation of the ancient adventure book "One Thousand and One Nights". It has the frame story of the Sultan and his wife, Scheherazade, as well as several of the more famous folkstories of the English translation of "1001 Nights" -- 13 years up.

"3 Idiots" (2009) PG13 **** -- Funny remake of "Paper Chase" from India. Really a 4-star because it needed more editing, but everyone should see good foreign movies. -- 14 years up.
