"Fiddler on the Roof" (1971) 6 out of 4 stars! I consider this wonderful musical tied for the best movie ever (tied with "Casablanca"). The music is melodically gorgeous and wonderfully performed. The story captures the pathos of Jewish life in exile. 12 years up.

"The Sting" (1973) 5 stars! Paul Newman and Robert Redford team up to create another great outlaw duo. I prefer "The Sting" to "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid". It is more fun with a better ending. 14 years up.
